If design proofs are requested, production will not begin until approval is received.

If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be received in full before production begins.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the item has been dispatched.
