At From The Bride and Groom, we understand that wedding and special occasion gifts are time-sensitive. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.


Processing Times

As many of our items are personalised and custom made:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days once personalisation details are confirmed.

  • If a design proof is requested, production will begin only after approval is received.

  • Delays in responding to design queries may affect dispatch times.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


Shipping Method

We use:

Royal Mail Tracked 48

This is a tracked delivery service with an estimated delivery time of approximately 2 working days after dispatch.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.


Delivery Estimates

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes provided by Royal Mail are estimates, not guarantees.

  • While we guarantee our dispatch time, we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

  • During peak wedding and holiday seasons, postal delays may occur.

We recommend placing your order well in advance of your event date.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, please allow sufficient time based on Royal Mail’s service guidelines before contacting us.

If your item is confirmed lost by the courier, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
